Product Overview
The RKI 81-SDM3R103 is an SDM-3R docking and calibration station for the GX-3R and GX-3R Pro portable gas monitors, supplied as a complete kit with a demand flow regulator and a 58-liter 4-gas calibration cylinder. The station automates charging, bump testing, and calibration, and operates as a stand-alone unit with no PC required. All records are stored automatically for later upload to a PC via the included USB flash drive.

The SDM-3R has five ports: three calibration gas inputs, one fresh air inlet, and one exhaust. RKI offers two- and three-solenoid versions (81-SDM3R2xx and 81-SDM3R3xx) for applications that need more than one cylinder.
- Modular design: Up to ten SDM-3R modules snap together and can share one set of calibration equipment, reducing the number of regulators and cylinders required.

SDM-3R Kit Comparison
The 81-SDM3R103 and 81-SDM3R104 are the same single-solenoid station with demand flow regulator, cylinder holder, and 4-gas cylinder. The 81-SDM3R103 includes the larger 58-liter cylinder; the 81-SDM3R104 includes a 34-liter cylinder. The 81-SDM3R101 is the station without regulator or gas, and the 81-SDM3R102 adds the demand flow regulator without gas. The replacement 58-liter 4-gas cylinder for the GX-3R is RKI P/N 81-0154RK-02.
