Returns Policy
Calibration gas can be returned within 30 days. This requires you to vent the gas before return shipping. Please contact us by phone or email and we will walk you through the proper procedure. Gas sensors may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. New gas monitors can be returned unopened within 30 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Calibration gas is shipped UPS Hazmat Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before your order so that we can quote you a shipping price and estimated delivery. We ship calibration gas internationally, but due to regulations some countries are restricted. UPS hazmat approved countries list is here:
