D-Rex Oxygen Monitor for MRI Rooms

D-ReX Fixed Gas Detection Systems

The D-ReX is a versatile fixed gas detection system designed to ensure safety in a wide range of environments, including MRI rooms. In MRI labs, maintaining the right oxygen levels is critical because MRI machines often rely on liquid nitrogen or other cryogenic gases to operate. In case of a malfunction, these machines can potentially release large amounts of nitrogen into the atmosphere, which poses a significant risk by displacing oxygen in the room. This sudden drop in oxygen can lead to hypoxia (oxygen deficiency), a serious safety hazard for personnel.

The D-ReX gas detection system is engineered to monitor oxygen levels in real-time, providing early warning signs of dangerous oxygen depletion. Its advanced extraction mode allows it to detect gas levels at the point of sampling, making it particularly useful for ensuring safety in confined or sensitive environments such as MRI rooms. With clear visual alerts and the ability to measure gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and other hazardous compounds, the D-ReX provides peace of mind in environments where gas leaks could endanger lives or critical equipment.
